Blackstone Boulevard Mediterranean Home
The majority of the original interior of this 1950’s house on the East Side was remodeled during this extensive renovation. The location of the kitchen was relocated to the opposite side of the home creating space for a new entertainment area which includes a custom radius window, gas fireplace and climate controlled glass wine cabinet. The kitchen includes waterfall countertops, three 30” sub-zero refrigerators, and glass windows that extend from countertop height up to the bottom of the upper cabinets. The staircase with granite treads and a glass/metal/walnut railing system was designed to allow for full light and an open feel to the 2nd floor hallway. A multi-head steam shower system with granite slab walls, heated floors, and a granite shower seat complete the master bathroom.
