Deslandes, Sr., owner and president, brings over 40 years of experience and integrity to the business, begun by his father back in 1953. Now, Jim Jr. brings not only inherited skills but a college degree in Construction Management and a global firm background to the business. The family combines practiced building techniques and business principles with a staff of skilled tradesmen to service our customer base of residential and commercial clients.

- Jill has over 35 years of corporate experience moving from her original career in accounting to joining Jim to manage the business side of Deslandes Construction in 2000.

- Jim came back to Deslandes Construction in 2012 after working as a project manager at a global construction firm. His skills, experience and degree in Construction Management are the foundation of his ability to successfully manage our residential projects, coordinate employee and subcontractor schedules and oversee all day to day operations.

- Nick came to Deslandes Construction in 2013 with a degree in Construction Management and prior experience as project manager at a regional contractor firm. He now manages the estimating, scheduling and execution of our commercial projects and approaches each one with professionalism and utmost attention to details.
