Unable to find a way to renovate their house to create a dream retirement home, our client contracted Deslandes Excavation to tear down the existing structure. Deslandes Construction then mobilized to build a new custom home which included a curved balcony with mahogany handrail, an old door repurposed from a family farm and a 2nd floor laundry room and artist’s loft along with a enclosed stone patio and custom kitchen.
