Narragansett Guest Home

We first built a home for this client back in 2001, then they called us back in 2020 to build a guest home for their family. Included in this 3-story, 1,800 sq ft home is enough sleeping for 8 guests, 2-1/2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and comfortable living space. The walkway spanning from the main staircase to the master suite is supported with steel beams and finished with exposed plank decking and allows for a cathedral ceiling in the living room. Bunk beds, custom built in our shop and installed on site, provide private sleeping nooks each with their own light and book shelves for the grandchildren. And the living space continues outdoors with a patio featuring a propane firepit and outdoor shower for after a day at the beach.
