The solid mahogany radius topped front door opens into an entry with a ship-lap barrel ceiling and panelized walls. The main floor offers a built-in window seat in the kitchen and a nickel-gap panelized reading nook in the living room. Rustic white oak beams on the living room ceiling, custom cabinetry in the laundry room and a pantry with wine rack, dishwasher and cubby bench are incorporated into the first floor layout. A water-side porch is enclosed with interchangeable screen and glass panels to create a multi-season room. The 2nd and 3rd floors include a divided light folding glass door in the library, custom made reed paneled cabinetry in the master bathroom, and bunk beds and a solid 4” teak bathroom vanity top built in our custom cabinet shop.
