After a complete tear down of the existing structure, Deslandes Construction installed helical piers and breakaway walls to meet code requirements and provide the foundation for this new custom home.  An elevator provides easy access to the two stories of living space which include hardwood floors, granite countertops, and nickel-gap on the walls.  Full glass sliding doors open to the 2nd and 3rd floor decks, both finished with a cable rail system.
